1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 88kb platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing, registering, and using the services through the 88kb website, mobile version, or any digital channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Key Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 88kb website, app, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a valid registered account at 88kb.
• "Account" — A member's own registered profile on the 88kb platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To register an account and use the services on the 88kb platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. It is strictly prohibited for minors to open an account. 88kb reserves the right to verify age and may suspend an account without proof.

Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (password, PIN) secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 88kb support immediately. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.4 KYC Verification

88kb may request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving license to verify your identity when required. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal may remain on hold.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The accepted deposit methods at 88kb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact 88kb support and provide proof of the transaction (reference number or screenshot).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a successful withdrawal request, funds are generally sent to your nominated method within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

88kb reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may remain on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

The payment account you use (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) must be registered in your name. Transactions made using another person's account may be cancelled.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must complete ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in total wagers before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses are usable only in specific games and betting categories.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus offers may expire if not used within the specified period.
• 88kb reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers for any member without prior notice.
• If fraud is found in meeting bonus conditions, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The 88kb VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Tiers are upgraded automatically based on your activity and participation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are placed at the member's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless 88kb cancels it due to a technical error. The same rules apply to both live betting and pre-match betting.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available across various markets in cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports. Any international event, such as a Bangladesh vs India match, may have a variety of markets available. If any result is displayed incorrectly, 88kb reserves the right to make corrections.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

88kb offers games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 88kb reserves the right to determine the result of that round.

5.4 Odds & Payouts

All odds are set by 88kb and are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Payouts for successful bets are calculated as bet amount × odds.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88kb platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial or coordinated betting ("bonus hunting").
• Operating games or bets through hacking, software bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Accessing or using another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Abusive, obscene, or threatening behaviour toward 88kb staff.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information.

The updated terms and conditions will take effect from the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by 88kb

88kb may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Identity not verified.
• Security-related concerns.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Before closure, please withdraw any available balance after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

11.3 Refund of Funds

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the balance will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the account is closed due to a violation, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.
